Getting Started Guide
- Log in to your HugeMX dashboard
- Navigate to Domains in the sidebar
- Click Add Domain and enter your domain name
- Follow the verification steps to prove domain ownership
Add the following DNS records at your domain registrar:

DNS changes may take up to 48 hours to propagate.
- Go to Emails in your dashboard
- Click Create Email Account
- Enter the desired email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com)
- Set a secure password
- Configure optional settings like forwarding or auto-reply
Use the following settings to configure your email client:
Incoming Mail (IMAP)
- Server: imap.hugemx.com
- Port: 993
- Security: SSL/TLS
- Username: Your full email address
Outgoing Mail (SMTP)
- Server: smtp.hugemx.com
- Port: 587
- Security: STARTTLS
- Username: Your full email address
Frequently Asked Questions
You can access webmail at mail.hugemx.com. Enter your full email
address and password to log in. We offer two webmail interfaces: Crossbox (modern)
and Roundcube (classic).
Emails may go to spam if DNS records are not properly configured. Ensure you have:
- Correct MX records pointing to HugeMX servers
- SPF record including our servers
- DKIM signature enabled (automatic with HugeMX)
- DMARC record configured
Use our DNS verification tool in the dashboard to check your configuration.
- Go to Emails in your dashboard
- Click on the email account you want to configure
- Navigate to the Forwarding tab
- Enter the destination email address
- Choose whether to keep a copy in the mailbox
- Save your changes
Yes! You can migrate your existing emails using IMAP. Simply configure your old
email account in an email client alongside your new HugeMX account, then drag
and drop emails between accounts. For large migrations, contact our support team
for assistance.
- Log in to your HugeMX dashboard
- Go to Emails
- Click on the email account
- Click Change Password
- Enter and confirm the new password
Remember to update the password in all your email clients after changing it.
