1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HugeMX email hosting services ("Services"), operated by Premier Code, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

HugeMX provides professional email hosting services including, but not limited to:

  • Email accounts with SMTP and IMAP access
  • Webmail interface access
  • Spam and virus filtering
  • Custom domain email hosting
  • Email storage as specified in your plan

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Engage in phishing or fraudulent activities
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our email services. In the event of extended downtime beyond our SLA, you may be eligible for service credits. Please refer to your plan details for specific SLA terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and will not access your email content except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Premier Code, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HugeMX and Premier Code, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HugeMX, Premier Code, Inc., and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
